Go ahead and click save file when that happens. 

So, after clicking save file, look in the upper right-hand corner of your screen and click on the download section in blue. Then, once Flash Player has finished downloading, click to open that file. Give it just one moment to finish downloading, then, close out of the Firefox web browser and click on the continue button. Then click on finish once the download has completed.

Now, go ahead and open up Firefox. Once you have launched Firefox, go ahead and type ‘about:addons’ in a new tab and press enter. Then, go ahead and press the Plugins button on the left side of your screen. On the page, you will see that FlashFlash is set to disabled, and what you need to do is go ahead and click on the three dots to the right of FlashFlash, then select allow or ask to act. Then, go ahead and open up a new tab and pull back up your course.

Now that you are back in your course, you may get a prompt asking you to turn Adobe Flash, go ahead and click where it says ‘run Adobe Flash,’ then press the allow button in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. This will enable FlashFlash for your web page, and your video should begin loading for you.
